Shoppers Protection

Because we believe in protecting our Members and everything they purchase, we have built automatic insurance protection into Shoppers Advantage, allowing our Members to shop with complete peace of mind.

Automatic protection - no need to shop around

Our insurance cover is automatic and there is no requirement for Members to register protected items. Qualifying purchases are automatically covered for as long as the Shoppers Advantage membership remains active.

Here’s how Shoppers Advantage can protect your purchases and provide you with even greater savings.

Purchase Protection

All items for personal use (including gifts) purchased at any retailer, or online through Shoppers Advantage, are automatically protected for 90 days against loss through fire, theft and accidental damage. This only applies to purchases made in the UK and UK based internet sites.

Best Price Guarantee

If the retailer you shop with through Shoppers Advantage does not offer a price match service, we guarantee to credit you with the difference if you find the item at a lower price at any UK store within 90 days or 15 days from any online UK retailer.

Extended Warranty

We provide an additional year of extended warranty on top of the manufacturer’s warranty up to a maximum of three years in total. This covers mechanical breakdown of electrical items purchased by our Members through Shoppers Advantage.

Repair Cost Cover

Domestic electrical items less than 10 years old purchased by our Members through Shoppers Advantage are covered for up to 20% of the total repair cost.

Making a claim is simple

Claims can be submitted to the Shoppers Advantage Claims team by email using the simple online claim forms and you can also enquire about the status of a claim by email. Or you can telephone Shoppers Advantage Membership Services and we will arrange for the relevant claim form to be posted to you.
